Some days ago I had a logo design request from shia-media.ir and i started design a logo for them because that website is an Islamic Shia one and i consider it as a useful Shia website who do work Fi Sabilellah and i accepted to design but they rejected this design u see its preview below so i put it with watermark just for getting idea by Islamic designers.

From now on, i decided to NOT design any logo for any website or Islamic foundation in Iran, but for out of Iran this service is still available if subject be that valuable and worldwide.

Today, the time of bombs gone and the new weapon is culture, the war now is not rough but its still war and in each war we have dissipate losses, but let me tell u the losses in the Soft War is much more bigger and dangerous.
in war in battle field u see the person who wounded or killed, the killed person are martyr and their position is in paradise , but in this soft war the wounded are the one who lost his way and went out of Islam, he is a person with a lot of doubt in his mind and the one who cant choose right among wicked,and he will be in misery.
the family of martyr in rough war are proud to him but all the died person in the soft war are ashamed of knowing that person.
So, the imperialism and the army of Satan start developed soft war against Muslim because they want to unarmed us with making crack in our faith, they got it that our best and reliable weapon is martyrdom and they wanna make a Muslim who has a lot of doubt in basic principals so that person is way far to martyrdom because he don’t know why and for what he should left this colorful world and recline to the thing who has a lot of doubt about it.
when we have martyrdom, if we be victor in war so we are blissful and if they kill us that would be much better because Allah will reward us with forgiving all bad deeds and convert them to goods.

Imam Khoemini for Shaheed Beheshti Shahid (the martyr) sayyed Mohammad Hosseiny Beheshti was born in Aban 2nd, 1307 (October 24th, 1928) in a district called Lomban in Isfahan ( Chaharsouq district). He was born in a family whose members were familiar with Islamic values. His father was one of Isfahan’s clergies and prayer-leader of Lomban mosque who went to the village once a week in order to preach and solve the problems of people and establish the community prayers. He passed away in 1341 (1962). His maternal grand father the late Haj Mir Mohammad Sadiq Modarres Khatunabadi, was one of the leading authorities on divine law. When Shahid (Martyr) Beheshti was just one year old, he passed away and Shahid Beheshti was deprived of his meeting, however; knowing about his grandfather’s manner later on affected Shahid Beheshti’s personality. With four years of age he entered traditional elementary school. He was so genius that he learned how to recite Quran and how to read and write in a very short time. After a while, having passed the entrance exam, he entered the primary school at the sixth grade but since he was not old enough to take part in that grade he was registered in fourth grade. Nevertheless he took part in the final exams and was granted th e second best student title. Wishing to complete his studied, he entered the high school. In 1321 (1942) he gave it up, since he was interested in the theological matters he entered the theological center. Although his home was in Isfahan for saving time, being independent while thinking and studying, since 1324(1945) he rented a room at Sad r school of Isfahan and he lived there. During 1321 to 1325(1942- 1946) he could study the Arabic literature, logic, Fiqh (Jurisprudence), divine law & fundamentals and stole the attention of his professors to the extent that when they met him as if he reminded his maternal grand father to the m. In 1325 (1946) when he was 18 years old, he left for Qom to continue his studies and in 6month-time he studied the rest of subjects namely : Sath , Kefayeh and Makasib. In the same year, Allameh Tabatabee came to Qom and his classes and sessions attracte d the active students like Shahid Beheshti who later on took part in his classes. In 1326 (1947) Dr. Beheshti with Shahid Motahari, and some of his friends prepared a schedule according to which they had to go to the most remote villages to preach Islamic values, by means of a little amount of expense which Ayatollah Boroujerdi gave t o them to guide the villagers and inform each other about their ideas concerning planning for future activities. In 1327 (1948) he continued the normal high school education and he could get his literal diploma in final exams of late comers. Then he entered the college of Theology (at that time rational sciences)and in 1330(1951) he received his BA. During (1329-13 30)(1950-1951) he was in Tehran and at the end of mentioned year he returned to Qom again and this time he officially started his teaching at Hakim Nezami high school as an English teacher. During (1329-1330)(1951-1956) he spent his life carrying out res earches and philosophical matters . In Ordibehesht 1331 (May 1952) he married one of his relatives whose result was 4 children (2 sons and 2 daughters). In 1333 (1956-1959) he was a student of Ph.D. of theological philosophy (and of course in 1353(1947) he defended his thesis called _the problems of Mabad ul Tabi_e in Quran_, under guidance of the Shahid Professor Mortza Motahari. During this time he was coming and going to Tehran and Qom. In 1338 (1959) he founded an English class at _Din and Danesh School_ for theological students and in the same year along with the thought of the leading figures like Motahari, Taleqani_etc, he held the monthly speech sessions in Tehran on which the programmed lectures were held with the large number of the students and intellectuals as an audience. From 1339 (1960) the idea of organizing the theological center and arranging the syllabus of it for 17 years was in his mind whose result was foundation of _Haqqani_ and_ Montazeriyeh_ schools. In 1341 (1962) he decided to establish the Islamic center of students and educators which was a measure for linking between the educated people in the past and present methods. He was actively taking part in (1341-1342)(1962-1963) campaigns. And in collecting and composing the _statements _he was a great help. From 1342 he formed a searching group for surveying about the Islamic government and in the same year Savak (the contro lling system for security at that time )made him leave Qom. He came to Tehran and in programming on preparing the textbooks was closely cooperating with Shahid (martyr) Bahonar, in the same year he was also cooperating with campaigning groups and coalition bodies. Besides, he was participating in a 4-member counc il in the name of _divine law-political council_ with help of Shaid (martyr) Motahari, Mr. Anvari and Mr. Molaee. In 1343 (1963) with the proposal of Ayatollah Ha_eri and Ayatollah Milani he left for Hamburg and he began to manage and direct the mosque and formation of religious groups of the young and revealing Shah_s (the last king ) crimes. At this time he traveled to Saudi Arabia ( in Haj. time ) Syria, Lebanon , Turkey to visit Imam Mousa Sadr and in 1348 he traveled to Iraq to visit Imam Khomeini. In 1349 (1970) he returned to Iran and it was impossible for him to return to Germany. He started to teach in session for interpreting Quran and examined the textbooks and this process continued till 1355(1976). In 1359 (1971) he formed 50 sessions of interpreting of Quran on Saturdays which was called _the School of Quran_ where was a place for gathering the active young people . In 1354 (1975) due to the mentioned sessions and the relationships with the campai gning organizations inside and out side of Iran he was arrested by Savak and after a time he was released. From 1355 (1976) and later he began to deal with formational tasks and in (1356)(1977) he was determined to form the broad formations being active in secret activities and also overtones for forming a party .In the same year due to the disagreements amon g the Islamic active groups in abroad (which there have been some conflicts) he traveled there and even to the United States and he paved the ground for establishing new relationships among the Islamic groups. In 1357 (1978) he was arrested for a couple of days and he was freed. After which he went to Imam Khomeini in Paris. After his return he played an effective role regarding determining the policy of the Islamic revolution. From Azar 1357 (December 1978) according to Imam’s command he formed the revolution’s council and he was dealing with that till the victory of the revolution. After the revolution as an intellectual person in the revolution’s council he wanted to organize and arrange the affairs. Regarding this mentioned fact he founded the Islamic Republic Party. He took part in the election of Experts Assembly, and as a vice president of Majlis he dealt with managing the affairs, preparing and forming the Constitution. After resigning of the interim government in 1358 (1979) he was doing his duty as a minister of justice. Then through the command of Imam he was chosen and appointed as the chairman of Supreme Court. He was busy with his duties till the evening of Tir, 7, 1360 (June 28,1981) after Namaz Maqrib (evening prayer) and Esha (night prayer) while giving lecture, he was martyred due to the explosion of a bomb planted by the members of MKO terrorist group, known as Monafeqin with 72 people from his colleagues and through the tears and sighs and sorrows of millions of Iranian people he was buried in Behesht-e Zahra Tomb. Bismillah AlRahman AlRahim Salam Wa Rahmatollah Shaheed Mostafa Chamran Dr.Mustafa Chamran was one of the founders of the Lebanese Resistance and then one of the leaders of the Islamic Revolution in Iran. Mostafa Chamran was born in 1932 in Tehran. He did his Ph.D. in electronics and plasma physics with excellent grades and had a good research on satellites and powerful radars. He had complete mastery over English and Arabic and also knew French and German. His most important political activities abroad were organizing and training guerrilla and revolutionary forces in Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon and Syria. Chamran participated in guerrilla activities in liberation wars against Israel and the Phalanges. He was deputy prime minister for revolutionary affairs and was later appointed minister of defense of Islamic Republic of Iran. Chamran also wrote many articles on political, tactical and ideological topics. Dr. Mostafa Chamran , the researcher, scientist, crusader and challenging guerrilla achieved martyrdom during the Iraqi-imposed war on Sunday, June 21, 1981 by a bomb splinter in the village of Dehlaviyeh. The martyrdom of Chamran is indeed an answer to all their doubts, as the late Imam Khomeini once said in tribute of the martyr, “Be like Chamran.” Today because of his martyrdom annual commemoration i designed a wallpaper of him, I used a Black and white photos and colorized it changed background to a colorful one and i hope u like this wallpaper if u respect this great commander martyr. go and download it with saying Fatiha for him. wallpaper preview:

The wave of Islam awareness now crossing the world and as Imam komaini r.w.a. and Imam Khamenei h.z. predicted it will rise in the heart of Europe and America soon, this is the divine promise as Allah s.t said in holy Qur’an : “And We desired to bestow a favor upon those who were deemed weak in the land, and to make them the Imams, and to make them the heirs” surat AlQasass verse 5. Today i designed a wallpaper about Bahrain and the freedom sign that the devil eliminated it. The army of Satan, strike the inoccent muslim who just wanted they right to be alive and ruin their mosque and massacre them when they was in sleep wildly. I had to make the ilustrate of the freedom square because i could not fine a quality pic of it because the filtered all the news and every thing belong them so i made it digitally in photoshop so the sign of that perl square is digital painting and i put that in this post back-ground less version of it for every free people who want to made design for supporting Islam and the wave of Islamic awareness. Verses about Hijab in the Holy Qur’an Regardless of the history and origin of the veil, it was institutionalized through shari’a, the religious laws of Islam. The hijab was associated with two of the Qur’an’s verses, and imposed upon all Muslim females. The verses include: the verse of 24:30, 31, and 33:59. 1- Sura Noor (Light) verses 30 -31 The Qur’an lays down the principle of law of modesty in chapter 24- Noor (Light), verses 30-31 – Modesty is enjoined both upon Muslim men and women: “Say to the believing man that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that will make for greater purity for them; and Allah is well acquainted with all that they do.30 And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; and that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what must ordinarily appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands…31″ (Holy Qur’an 24:30-31) According to the above verse, Muslim women should cover themselves modestly. It specifies only that their bosoms be covered. The Qur’an does not, however, spell out the details of such a covering. It is important to note that Qur’an does not specify any penalty for a woman who is not veiled! The respected scholar, Muhammad Asad, commenting on Qur’an 24:31 says: 1 “The noun khimar (of which khumur is plural) denotes the head-covering customarily used by Arabian women as an ornament (not as hijab to cover their head) before and after the advent of Islam. According to most of the classical commentators, it was worn in pre-Islamic times more or less as an ornament and was let down loosely over the wearer’s back; and since, in accordance with the fashion prevalent at the time, the upper part of a woman’s tunic had a wide opening in the front, her chest was left bare. Hence, the injunction to cover the bosom by means of a khimar (a term so familiar to the contemporaries of the Prophet) does not necessarily relate to the use of a khimar as such but is, rather, meant to make it clear that a woman’s chest is not included in the concept of “what may decently be apparent” of her body and should not, therefore, be displayed. Covering of the head, therefore is not a requirement. In the matter of hijab, the conscience of an honest, sincere Believer alone can be the true judge, as has been said by the Noble Prophet: “Ask for the verdict of your conscience and discard what pricks it.” 2- Sura 59 (al-Ahzab) verses 58 -59 The other verse about women’s clothing is the verse 59 from Sura al-Ahzab: Those who harass believing men and believing women undeservedly, bear (on themselves) a calumny and a grievous sin. O Prophet! Enjoin your wives, your daughters, and the wives of true believers that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad). That is most convenient, that they may be distinguished and not be harassed. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Qur’an 33:58-59 According to the Qur’an, during that time both Muslim men and women were subject to harassment and aggravation. The reason why Muslim women should wear an outer garment when going out of their houses is not to get harassed. The purpose of this verse was not to cover or to confine women to their houses but to make it safe for them to go about their daily business without being harassed. In societies where there is no danger of a “believing” Muslims being confused with the others or in which “the outer garment” is unable to function as a mark of identification for “believing” Muslim women, the mere wearing of “the outer garment” would not fulfill the true objective of the Qur’anic decree. 2 Apparently, instead of embracing the true message of Islam, the societies carried on with their cultural and tribal practices, and incorporated the lowest meaning of the hijab as a dress code for women rather than focusing on the deeper and vast meaning of Hijab. Nazira Zin al-Din stipulates that the morality of the self and the cleanness of the conscience are far better than the morality of the veil. No goodness is to be hoped from pretence; all goodness is in the essence of the self. She concludes this part of the book, al-Sufur Wa’l-hijab by stating that it is not an Islamic duty on Muslim women to wear hijab. If Muslim legislators have decided that it is, their opinions are wrong. 3 Veiling has today become a political statement in some countries, a dramatization of the desire for freedom from interference by foreign powers, and for sovereignty. Now I did, you can download it in 6000px JPG high resolution size or in PDF vector format so it has not limitation in print size, that mean u can resizing it to any size u need without losing quality or braking in borders. Don’t forget as always this design and all of i released is just for ahlebeyt we call it in Islam “Vaghf” it mean if u use them for any other reason it contain Haram deed. so if you want to developing Islam and Shia just for the sake of Allah s.t you can use them and say Salawat AlanNabi Muhammad s.w . It clearly mean commercial usage is Haram just Fi Sabilellah.

Imam Khamenei In fact, Islamic revolution and also Iran is not known in the world without Imam Khomeini r.w ‘s name. When you talk about pure Prophet Muhammad’s Islam, it seems that you can not separate Imam Khomeini from that history, but the question is: why is this inseparable?, What he did to achieve this honor?! The answer to this question is huge but i want to just give you a clue so each one of you who is looking for the answer and truth, can continue his/her research and feel this fact with his soul. I believe any one who searches about something and spends sometime on it and finally he gets the answer, it’d go deep inside his/her heart, so take this article as a motivation for your own researches. As what handed down by my researches before Ayatollah Khomeini r.w Islam was just an ancient sect which was far from politics and technology ( in the public opinion of western countries and their politicians ) just like a lion without keen teeth, they never fear of such as religion because Islam was found only in mosques and Howzah (seminary schools). Until the time of Imam Khomeini r.w, it was not good for an Ayatollah to come and say something about governing a country or politic the first light of Imam Khomeini rising is breaking this vail. He said in an Islamic society, the king or president should be aware of Islamic rules and needs to Apply them in society as his duty. The very first time he pointed out this idea in public was about capitulation rule which USA government wanted to pass in Iranian parliament. It was a shock rather challenging for some and for others it was an ignition to wake up. I don’t want to get into details, and you need to go through internet and by few clicks you will find out if you want to know the rest. The Islamic revolution, now is rising and Islam and Muslims are not bounded in mosques any more and is now acting a big role in the life of a society, people are feeling it in their lives as a shield. His theory was Wilayat e Faqih. It says just a Faqih (scholar), can be a leader because its Allah’s s.t government and no one has this right to command others, Allah s.t Gave this right to His Prophet to lead people to His religion and take them to prosperity and good fortune. After Prophet by the command of Allah s.t this duty was delivered to 12 innocent Imams, Ahlul bayt, and it was going on till the 12th Imam ” Mahdi a.j ” was disappeared from eyes by the command of Allah s.t. There is a saying from the 12th Imam that:, that narrative is this: “و اما الحوادث الواقعه، فارجعوا فیها الی رواة احادیثنا، فانکم حجتی علیکم و انا حجة الله علیهم ” The translation is: ” And for what happens, its on you to refer to the narrators of our sayings, thus they are our proves amongst you and I am Allah’s prove on them” . In this post i reconstructed an old, low quality pic of Imam Khomeini rw an made a quality poster of it. In this post u can see some brief history of design and sample of before-after and download the quality poster in original size that is suitable for printing as banner and poster.
lets start by showing u the origianl pic that i used as base pic for design, that was a 344×438 px picture that I increased its size 10 times larger and you see the quality is not changed a lot.

so there is some specification in this poster
1) I used the pic that it originally had taken in black-white so the specificity of this poster is that no one saw this pic in color version earlier.
2) As u see in original pic some part of Imam Khomeini's turban is not in pic frame but they r reconstructed in the poster using Stamp tool in Photoshop CS5.
3) Painting black-white base pic to clor version with most normal & natural colors.

Biography of Ayatullah al-Sayyid Ali al-Hussani al-Sistani hafazahollah
Foreword
For more than half a century, the school of the late Grand Ayatullah Imam Abul-Qassim al-Khu'i has been an undepletable spring that enriched Islamic thought and knowledge.
From his school graduated dozens of jurists, clergymen, and dignitaries who took it upon themselves to continue his ideological path which was full of achievements and sacrifices in the service of the faith, knowledge, and society.
Among those are outstanding professors of parochial schools, specially Holy Najaf and Qum. Some of them have attained the level of 'ijtiihad'- competence to deduce independent legal judgment enabling them to assume the office of supreme religious authority.
Others reached lofty levels qualifying them for shouldering the responsibilities of teaching and education. Most distinguished among those towering figures is His Eminence Grand Ayatullah al-Sayyid Ali al-Hussani al-Sistani.
He ranks among the brightest, the most qualified and knowledgeable of Imam al-khu'i's former students. In the following account, we try to paint a picture of this meritorious cleric.

Birth & Upbringing
Grand Ayatullah Sayyid Ali Husaini Sistani was born on 9th Rabi Al-Awwal 1349 A.H. in the holy city of Mashhad. He was named Ali after his grandfather.
He was brought up into a family known for its religious background. He learned theological and rational sciences from many eminent and well-known religious scholars.
His father was named Sayyid Muhammad Baqir and his grandfather was the great 'Sayyid Ali' whose detailed biography has been brought in the book 'Tabaqaat Al-a'laam Al-Shi`a (Categories of Shia Scholars) (part 4 page 1432) by Aqa Buzurg Tehrani. He has mentioned that he was apprenticed to Late Ali Nahavandi in Najaf and to Mujadded Shirazi in Samarra ,iraq and finally to Sayyid Isma`il Sadr. In 1308 A.H. he returned to Mashhad and therein he settled and gained reputation as the teacher of renowned scholars such as the great Jurisprudent, Mohammad Reza Aal Yasin (may Allah bless him).
In 1368 A.H. during the period of the Great Jurisprudent, Grand Ayatullah Sayyid Hussayn Burujirdi he shifted to the holy city of Qum where he attended Kharij lectures of Fiqh and Usul (Jurisprudence & Fundamentals of Jurisprudence) given by prominent scholars of the Religious Seminary including Ayatullah Burujirdi (may Allah bless him). He also attended Fiqh lectures of Grand Sayyid Kohkamari during whose time he achieved much erudity and experience in Fiqh as well in Rijal and Hadith sciences. His wife and children lived in Isfahan during the Safavid period and his great grandfather Sayyid Mohammad, appointed as Shaikhul Islam by King Hussain of the Safavid dynasty in Sistan province. Later he traveled to Sistan where he and his children remained settled. Sayyid Ali was the first of his grandsons to migrate to Mashhad. He lived in the Madresa of late Mohammad Baqir Sabsavari where he continued studying until he migrated to the holy city of Najaf for higher studies. At the age of 5 His Eminence started learning the Holy Quran. A woman who was known as 'Mother of Aqaye Mudir' helped him learnt the Quran. He was then admitted in a religious center for reading, writing, and for learning basic mathematics and geography. He graduated from the center after he had learnt calligraphy from Mirza Ali Aqa Zalim.
In the beginning of 1360 he started studying basic Hawzah lessons. He finished reading a number of books namely, Sharh Alfyyah by Soyuti, Moghni by Ibn-e Hisham, Motawwal by Taftazani, Maqamaat Al-Tabriri and Sharh Al-Nizam. Of those who taught him at this level one was Nishabouri who was known as a man of letters. He studied Sharh Lum'ah and the book of Qawanin (Laws) with late Sayyid Ahmad Yazdi known as Nahang. He finished the Sath (level before Kharij Level) books such as Makasib, Rasa'il and Kifayah with Shaykh Hashim who was one of the great scholars of his time. He also read a number of books on philosophy like Sharh Manzuma-e Sabsavari and Sharh Ishraq and Asfar of Sadrul Mutaallehin with Late Ayesi. He read Shawaqul Elhaam with late Shaykh Mujtaba Qazvini and attended late Allamah Mirza Mahdi Isfahani's lessons on divine teachings. Meanwhile, he attended Kharij lectures by late Mirza Mahdi Ashtiani and late Mirza Hashim Qazvini (may Allah bless them).
In late 1368 A.H. he migrated to Qum to accomplish his studies in Fiqh and Usul. He was benefited by the two well-known scholars, Sayyid Hussan Tabatabaye and Grand Kuhkamari. The first gave lectures in Fiqh (Jurisprudence and Usoul (Fundamentals of Jurisprudence) and the second gave lectures in Fiqh only.
During his stay in Qum,he was corresponding with late Allamah Sayyid Bahbahani (the prominent scholar of Ahvaz province known as a follower of Hadi Tehrani's school of thought). Their correspondence dealt with issues related to Qibla. He did not accept views maintained by Hadi Tehrani. Therefore,he corresponded with Sayyid Ali Bahbahani who appreciated his views and promised that he would see him from close on his visit to the holy shrine of Imam Reza (a.s.) in Mashhad. In early 1371 A.H. His Eminence left Qum for Najaf Ashraf and reached Karbala on the occasion of Arba`in (40th day) of Imam Husayn (a.s.). On having arrived in Najaf, he began attending Ayatullah Khu'i and Shaykh Husayn Hilli's lectures in jurisprudence and fundamentals of jurisprudence for a considerably long time. Meanwhile, he attended lectures of other prominent scholars like Ayatollah Hakim and Ayatollah Shahryudi (may Allah bless them).
In 1380 A.H. Ayatullah Sistani traveled back to his hometown, the holy city of Mashhad, expecting to stay and settle in it. In the same year, he was awarded a permit by Imam Al-Khu'i and another by Shayk Hilli, certifying that he had attained the level of (ijtihad)- deduction of legal judgment in matters of religion. He was also awarded a diploma by the distinguished traditionalist and scholar Shakh Agha Buzurg Tehrani testifying to his skill in the science of "Rijal" biographies of 'hadith', prophetic traditions, narrators and that of 'hadith'.
Upon returning to Najaf Ashraf in 1381, he embarked on research and teaching jurisprudence as expounded by the great jurist Shaikh al-Ansari in his book "al-Makasib", He followed it with an exposition of al-Urwatul Wuthqa book by the jurist Sayyid Tabatabaye. He started giving lectures (externals) in fundamentals of jurisprudence in Sha'ban, 1384 A.H. He completed its 3rd course in 1411 A.H. (1990 A.D.). In 1418 A.H., he began teaching Kitab Al-E'tikaaf" after completing exposition on 'Kitab Al-Sawm' not so long ago. He is currently (Sha'baan 1423) teaching Kitab-ul-Zakat of Urwatul Wuthqa.
Some professors of Najaf Center for Theological Studies (Hawza of Najaf) were quoted as saying that they advised the late Ayatullah Khu'i to groom someone for the office of the supreme religious authority and the directorship of Najaf Seminary. Thus the choice fell on His Eminence, Grand Ayatullah Sistani for his merits, eligibility, knowledge, and impeccable character. Accordingly, he started leading the prayer in Imam al-Khu'i's mosque, al-Khadra at his life time in 1408 and continued leading prayers until the mosque was closed in 1414.
For the first time in 1384, His Eminence traveled to Makkah for pilgrimage. Then in 1405 and in 1406 he traveled to Makkah for pilgrimage for a second and third time consecutively. He started giving lectures (externals) in fundamentals of jurisprudence in Sha'ban, 1384 A.H. He completed its 3rd course in 1411 A.H. (1990 A.D.) His lectures in both the subjects have been recorded by some of his students.

Scientific Genius
Ayatullah Sistani is one of a few students who had the degree of Ijtihad. He is known for his intelligence and plentiful researching activities in biographies. He is also well-acquainted with many theories on many scientific subjects of Hawzah. Ayatullah Sistani had been involved in scientific competition with martyr Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr. This had been certificated by the late Ayatullah Khu'i and also by `Allamah shaykh Husayn Hilli who both had confirmed his being a Mujtahid through two separate certification dated 1960, in which the two Ayatullahs had appreciated his personality and knowledge. It is worthy to say that up to that date, Ayatullah Khou'i had never certificated any of his students' knowledge or Ijtihad, except for Ayatullah Sistani and Ayatullah shaykh Ali Falsafi (an eminent `alim in the Hawzah of Mashhad. On the other hand, the famous `Allamah shaykh Agha Buzurg Tehrani wrote a letter to Ayatullah Sistani in 1960 in which he eulogizing him for his intellectual talents on biography and hadith. This means that, our master, Ayatullah Sistani, had been granted his high scientific rank when he was only thirty-one years old.

His Methodology
Ayatullah Uzma Sistani has his own method of teaching which differs from other teachers and scholars. For example, his method in teaching Usul distinguishes with the following features:

a. He speaks about the history of the research he is discussing, to know its He speaks about the history of the research he is discussing, to know its fundamental sources which might be philosophical, like the issue of the simplicity of "mushtaqq" and its constructions. Or, they might be concerned with beliefs and policy, like the research of "ta`aadul and taraajeeh", in which he had explained that the difference of hadiths returns to intellectual clashes and the political circumstances of that time during which the Imams(a.s.) had lived.
b. Ayatullah Sistani always connects between the thought of Hawzah and the contemporary civilizations. In his discussing the literal meaning and distinguishing between it and the highest meaning, and whether this difference is subjective or not; Ayatullah Sistani chooses the thought of al-Kifaya's author, who believes that the said difference is external. However, he himself builds his opinion on the modern philosophical theory. And when he discusses the name of TIME, he deals with this subject according to a Western modern philosophical theory, which declares that TIME must be taken from PLACE, having the consequence of light and darkness. As to the form of imperative, Ayatullah Sistani discusses this matter depending on some sociologists' theories, which say that the reason behind dividing the REQUEST into: Order, Begging, and Asking, is the intercession of the requester in his Request, as whether it is of higher, equal or lower than the normal level.
c. Ayatullah Sistani always looks after the principles in relation with Fiqh. He thinks that the hawzah students became bored, because most of scholars are dealing with subjects on Usul exaggeratedly, by repeating the others researches, instead of innovating new researches of their own. Thus, the students cannot be enticed with such uneless and boring repetition.But fortunately, we do not find this situation in the lectures or lessons that are being held by Ayatullah Sistani. He rather, discusses the subject from all its sides until he reaches a final logical conclusion.
d. The Marriage to the Infidel: This is one of the disputatious rules about which the scholars have different opinions. They believe that it is a mere intellectual rule. But Ayatullah Sistani regards it as a part of the rule called "Idhtiraar" (obligation) which is a legal rule confirmed by many historical texts like "Anything which Allah has prohibited is lawful for whoever is driven to necessity".
Or sometimes, he amplifies a rule by emphasizing what seems to be important.
e. His Social View About the Text: There are many Faqihs who deal literally with historical texts and remain stable upon their mere words and meanings, and do not try to move even one step forward. For instance, such faqihs depend on the apparent meaning of the prophetic hadith in which the Holy Prophet(s.a.) had prohibited the Muslims from eating the meat of domestic asses during the time of the battle of Khaybar, and believe that the asses' meat is prohibited, without objection.
But, from the Ayatullah Sistani's point of view, faqihs must penetrate into the real meaning behind the text's words. He says that the Holy Prophet, and for sure, wanted to utilize the few number of asses the Muslims have in the best and most useful ways. One of those ways is that these asses must be kept alive to convey the arms and other important provision to the Muslim army, since they were the only means available for transportation. Thus, Ayatullah Sistani believes that the prohibition must have been temporary and must not be understood as absolute permanent one.
f. Experience & Acquaintance: Ayatullah Uzma Sistani believes strongly that a faqih must be acquainted with Arabic literature, civilization, orations, poems, grammar,...etc., otherwise he wouldn't have enough ability to deal with any text, and so, he cannot distinguish this meaning from that. And, also a faqih must have enough knowledge about historical biographies and dignities, in order to be able to recognize any text in relation to that personality. Moreover, it is amazing to mention here, that Ayatullah Sistani, and many occasions, disagrees with rules that are unanimously agreed by most of scholars. As an example, the ulama do not accept ibn al-Fadha'iri's criticism book in regard to some personalities, either, as they believe, because of the huge number of criticism he had against those personalities, or because they doubt his being the author of the book. While Ayatullah Sistani believes that ibn al-Fadha'iri is the real author of that book, and that he must be regarded more reliable than even Najjaashi, al-Shaykh, and others, for his criticism. Ayatullah Sistani always encourages the scholars to study the different copies of hadith, and distinguish between them to fetch the differences, and also study the biography of the narrators. He does agree with those who regard al-Saduq more reliable (in narrating traditions) than al-Shaykh. He rather believes that al-Shaykh is trustworthy enough. However, Ayatullah Sistani and martyr Sadr both try to give a new formation to the subject.
Now, when Ayatullah Sistani discusses the rule of "ta`aadul and taraajeeh", he refers to the secret concealed inside this rule, which is the reason of the hadiths' difference. So, if the scholars attempt to point the reasons of the difference behind the legal texts, there will no problem at all. The same subject had been discussed by martyr Sadr, but he had dealt with it according to the absolute intellection, while Ayatullah Sistani gave many temporary and historical evidences, until he got important rules through which many disputes have been solved and removed. It is said that Ayatullah Sistani is using this method in the Fiqh lessons he is holding.
g. Comparing between different schools: Commonly, many scholars try to constrict their researches to this religious school or that, but Ayatullah Sistani differs.
He always compares his research or discussion with the two main centers of knowledge, namely the hawzah of Mashhad and the hawzah of Qum on the one hand, and the hawzah of Najaf on the other hand.
For instance, he conveys the opinions of Mirza Mahdi Isfahani (one of the scholars of Mashhad), Burujerdi (an `alim from Qum), and the opinions of the three researchers, Ayatullah Khu'i, and Shaykh Hasan Hilli (as scholars from Najaf).
The Sistani's method in Fiqh has a particular feature, some of which are related here below:

1) Comparing between the Fiqh of Shi`ah and other Islamic sects' Fiqh.
2) Benefitting from the modern laws (like the Iraqi, Egyptian, and French laws) in some Fiqh subjects, especially when he discusses the subjects such as the Sale and the Choices.
3) Renewal in Discussing some Fiqh rules and according to this era's circumstances, contrary to some scholars who deal with the historical texts as they are without attempting to change any part of it as the conditions may request that.

His Personality
Whoever associates with Ayatullah Sistani, he will notice how high spirituality he earns, the spirituality that Ahlul Bayt(a.s.) have always called to. This feature, indeed, has rendered him one of high rank's scholars and a true pious. However, the most remarkable characteristics of Ayatullah Sistani are the following:

a. Equity and Respecting Others' Opinions: Because Ayatullah Sistani is fond of knowledge and always does his best to reach the truth, and also because he respects everybody's opinion and every objective point, he keeps reading and researching all the time.
He is very anxious to know others' thought and discover the target points of his mates. Many times and on many occasions we see him referring to one of the scholar's opinion even this scholar is not one of his masters, or he is not very known in the Hawzah, only because that opinion has an objective point (or points) of view.
b. Discussing Subjects Politely: It is known among the scholars that subjects and on many fields are being discussed roughly in the Hawzah of Najaf. It is no doubt that such a manner may cultivate the students' knowledge and purify it from every incorrect understanding. However, the students quarrel about something unimportant, and thus, the same manner may be mere squabble. In this case, more precious time would be wasted in vain, and no one would reach the holy aim, which is certainty, for which he pays all that endeavor and exertion. On the other hand, we see Ayatullah Sistani avoids disputes and void argumentation, or disregarding others' opinions and conclusions. He always tries to use polite phrases, and always does his best to keep the scholars' respect and veneration. Another feature, is that Ayatullah Sistani used to repeat his speech and phrases that consist important points; but if he noticed a continuous arrogance and obstinacy from a student, he then prefers silence.
c. Training Beside Education: Education is not only an official job through which a teacher may practise a routine work against his salary. Such a behaviour shall certainly deviate the teacher from the main target which is training his students.
A teacher must regard his work as a heavenly mission which he must practise with love, care, and full responsibility.
It is said that Ayatullah al-Hakim's high behaviours were Sistani's excellent model. He himself became a model of his master, the late Ayatullah Khu'i, and is treating his students exactly as the late Khu'i used to treat his students.
Ayatullah Sistani, always encourages his students to ask and research, until they reach the truth.
In the same time, he insists on respecting the scholars and `ulama.
d. Piety: Sometimes, the hawzah undergoes problems or critical attitudes which, if they are not to be faced bravely, many facts that affect the principles of the Islamic religion shall be concealed. There is no doubt that all `ulama must stand with courage in front of these incorrect currents.
But the same situation may rise because of personal enmity or competitions to reach a higher rank or hollow reputation.
In this case, many `alims, such as Ayatullah Sistani, prefer to stand aloof instead of participating in this dilemma, as happened after the demise of Ayatullah Boroujerdi and Ayatullah al-Hakim. Ayatullah Sistani is very well-known for his humble and simplicity in lifeway. He earns ordinary house and furniture, and wears unexpensive garments. He does not care about fashion or modern mode.
e. Sistani's Intellectual Works: Ayatullah Sistani is not a mere faqih; he is rather a well-educated personality.
He is acquainted with most of contemporary knowledges and civilizations, and has modernized thoughts and opinions. Ayatullah Sistani is heedful of the international economic and political information. In one word, Ayatullah Sistani can be considered as a modern faqih with genuine principles.

Religious Authority
Some masters in Najaf Ashraf relate that, after the demise of Ayatullah Sayyid Nasrullah Mustanbit, many scholars had suggested on Ayatullah Khou'i that he should prepare the appropriate base by choosing a personality from the hawzah (of Najaf) so that the religious authority may remain alive and effective. His choice became correct and the choiced was Sayyid Sistani for his knowledge, good manner, stable policy, and many other virtues.
Ayatollah Sistani then began to perform the prayers at the niche of Ayatollah Khou'i, and started studying in his school.
Later on, he wrote a commentary on the Resaalah of Ayatullah Khu'i. After the death of Khu'i, Ayatullah Sistani was one of those six personalities who participated in the funeral and he himself performed the prayers on the late's body. After that, Sistani became the only marja` (religious authority).
He began to send duties and salaries, and teaching in the same classroom of Ayatullah Khu'i (in Masjid Khadhra'); thus, his followers increased day after another, specially in Iraq, the Persian Gulf region, India,...etc. Ayatullah Sistani has the highest rank among the mujtahids and scholars throughout the Islamic World, and especially in the hawzahs of Najaf Ashraf and Qum.

Works
Ayatullah Sistani began teaching the Kharij stage on Fiqh, Usul, and biography 34 years ago. He held many lectures about the book titled as "makaasib", and many subjects such as purity, prayers, judgment, khums, and some other rules on Fiqh like usury, Taqiyyah (precaution), and the rule known as "ilzam" (obligation).
Sistani also taught the Usul for three complete courses, some of which are ready for publication, like his research on the scientific roots (principles), "ta`adul and taraajeeh", some researches on Fiqh, some chapters about prayers, the rule of Taqiyyah and ilzam. Many eminent scholars, such as `Allamah shaykh Mahdi Murwaarid, `Allamah Sayyid Murtadha Al-Mohri, `Allamah Sayyid Habib Husaynan, `Allamah Sayyid Murtadha Isfahani, `Allamah Sayyid Ahmad Madadi, `Allamah Shaykh Baqir Irwaani, and many other teachers in the hawzah, have recorded his researches. During that, Ayatullah Sistani was busy in compiling important books and some treatises, in addition to what he had written on Fiqh and Usul.

For today i design a wallpaper about freedom, the freedom in my idea is going away from yourself and getting close to Allah s.t and as i think there is not shorter way than martyrdom.
the power of us versus the pagans is this that we don't scare of death because the death in the way of Allah s.t is our honor, what is better than that in this world, you heard that several time but its god to hear it another more time hat when Hazrate Ali Akbar the bigger son of Imam Hussein in the night before war when all friends of Imam Hussein party came together in his marquee and when he asked him, O my son, how is the martyrdom in your taste?!

Today is the freedom anniversary of Khorramshahr that occupied at beginning days of imposed war from Iraq to Iran so i designed a poster about that to say the blood of martyrs who sacrificed their lifes for Islam and Islamic revolution and shia ideology is alive and is in circle in our veins forever until we r alive, especially i want to mention of the commander of Khorramshahr IRGC, Mohamad Jahan Ara who was a very pious and devote commander and his life was a perfect Islamic lifestyle that can be a good sample for youth if they want to get close to Allah s.t just like what he did until the level which he melt into the Allah s.t and what is closer than that when u become Allah s.t and there is nothing just him and if we want to go through the way to getting close to Allah s.t the first step is immaculate intention that the best deed will not accepted without that .

Today's wallpaper is about Shahid Hakim so i put some of his biography and his last sermon that he said before he become martyr. This is my first wallpaper about him so i put these things here so ucan read an incrase ur inf about this great Sahid of Islam.

Biography:
Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad Baqir ibn Mohsin Al-Tabatabai Al-Hakim

Ayatollah Sayyid Mohamad Baqir Al-Hakim, was born in 1939, is the son of the late Grand Ayatollah Muhsin AI-Hakim (who was the spiritual leader for the Shia world in the period 1955-1970).
The Al-Hakim family is a well known religious Iraqi family loved and respected by millions of Shia Muslims in Iraq and throughout the Muslim world. Sayyid Al-Hakim, was born, brought up and studied religion in Najaf, Iraq (the holy city for Shia in the world). He was a distinguished scholar and the personal religious/political representative of the late Grand Ayatollah Mohsin AI-Hakim in Iraq.
Sayyid Al-Hakim was a co-founder of the Islamic political movement in Iraq established in the late fifties, along with the late distinguished leader Ayatollah Sayyid Mohammed Baqir Al-Sadr and other scholars. Sayyid Al-Hakim maintained a close association with Ayatollah Al-Sadr up to the martyrdom of Ayatollah Al-Sadr in 1980. In 1972 Sayyid Al-Hakim was arrested and tortured by the Bathist regime. He was released after a wide spread popular pressure on the regime. In 1977 he was re-arrested following the people's uprising in Feb. 1977 in Najaf, and immediately sentenced to life imprisonment by special court without any trial. He was released in July 1979 following huge public pressure on the regime.
Sayyid Al-Hakim's association with Ayatollah Al-Sadr continued after his release in 1979 when Ayatollah Al-Sadr was put under house arrest. At this point Sayyid Al-Hakim assumed the responsibility of conducting clandestine contact with Ayatollah Al-Sadr until April 1980 when Ayatollah Al-Sadr was murdered by Saddam's regime. Sayyid Al- Hakim then decided to leave Iraq in 1980 shortly after the eruption of war between Iraq and Iran. He played a prominent role in the deliberations leading to the establishment of the Supreme Council of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq (SCIRI) in November 1982.
Saddam's regime reacted violently to Sayyid Al-Hakim's prominent political activity of SCIRI and arrested 125 members of his family in 1983. Subsequently 18 members of his family were executed. Despite this ordeal and the assassination of his brother Sayyid Mahdi Al-Hakim in Sudan Jan. 1988, Sayyid Al-Hakim continued his political activities against Saddam's regime. In addition to his political activities, Sayyid Al-Hakim is a leading member of several Islamic associations. He is also the author of many books on Islamic and political thoughts.

Ayatollah Al-Hakim's Last Sermon

Here are extracts from the sermon delivered by the leading Shia Muslim politician, Ayatollah Muhammad Baqir Al-Hakim, prior to his death in a car bomb attack in the holy city of Najaf in Iraq.

The first act carried out by the criminal Baathists when they came to power in Iraq is that they attacked the religious authority Imam al-Hakim. Afterwards, they began killing the religious authorities one after another... This targeting is not new...
It is true that the followers of the old regime were attacking the religious authorities directly, but then they changed their policy to one of infiltration, falsification, deception and misleading. This policy is still being followed.
They have penetrated different groups, under various titles, in order to carry out these attacks. We have to realise that the followers of the defunct regime are behind this act.

Condemns coalition forces
The fourth point to which we should pay attention is the responsibility of the occupation forces for these attacks. The occupation forces did not carry out their legal and real duties to protect the religious authority and the holy places. This is to be condemned. We condemn this stance by the occupation forces.
Moreover, the occupation forces have not carried out their duties to protect the international organisations such as the headquarters of the United Nations in Baghdad. The UN headquarters also faced this kind of aggression.
They have also not provided protection to the diplomatic organisations such as the foreign embassies in Baghdad. Preventing such attacks is the responsibility of the occupation forces and they should carry out their responsibilities.
What is more important with regard to the responsibilities of the occupation forces is that since the first day I came to Iraq, even before I came to Iraq, I have been saying ... that you [the occupation forces] should give the Iraqis the opportunity to protect the holy places and the religious authority.
We do not need you or your forces. The Iraqis are capable of protecting themselves, their religious authority, and their holy places...

Holy site protection
We call for the formation of a religious, faithful and committed Iraqi force. This force would protect the religious authorities and the holy places in Iraq.
The Americans, British or the foreigners should not approach these holy places and the people would not allow them to do so. Therefore, an Iraqi force should do this.
We believe that this issue is important and necessary. Some steps have been taken in this regard in Al-Najaf and we encourage such steps. We hope and call for taking such steps in all centres and holy sites in Iraq. We should pay attention to this matter.
The last point in this regard is the security issue in Iraq in general. I am not only talking about providing security for the religious authority and the holy sites. We have seen that there is no security in this country.
The occupation forces thus far have tried to achieve security but they failed to do so. They will continue to face failure, as I said earlier...

Iraqi government formation
The security responsibility should be given to the Iraqis themselves. They have a better understanding of what is taking place in their country. The Iraqi people would only co-operate with Iraqi security services to achieve security. If the security services are foreign, the Iraqi people would not co-operate with them.
The old regime was dealing with the security issue through oppression and acts of aggression. We cannot practice what the old regime was practising. So, what is the best way?
The best way is to form Iraqi security services that the Iraqi people would co-operate with in order to solve the security problem. We should join efforts in order to return full sovereignty to the Iraqi people by forming an Iraqi government.

Today is the martyrdom anniversary of Shahid Haj Muhsen Vezwaei r.w.a so yesterday when I started to search for a good photo of him for design a wallpaper or poster for his martyrdom anniversary I found nothing accept some very low quality pic of him, I felt depress and said with myself " O' my god see if u want to find a pic of a singer u will have many quality pic of him/her but if I want a pic of a high ranking martyr Ii found nothing after half an hour searching in the internet".
So I promised to myself whatever happened I have to design a good wallpaper and quality one for him even if I cant find the good source pic I can do all my best effort so I started with a very low quality pic but it is very nice shot of him. u can see the light of faith ( Iman to Allah s.t ) in his face so I started with that u can see the sample of its quality in this pic below :

Then I worked on that for an hour I think, to fix the pixelated part and rebuild the broken parts so you can see the final result quality sample in his pic below :

Then after fixing quality problems I designed a very nice wallpaper about him and u can see the final preview below and by click on he preview thumbnail u can download the original size of the wallpaper.

Any way, I used a phrase of his testament in this wallpaper which say:"we are not scared of martyrdom,its our only wish(to become martyr)." Ycan see the height of his level in faith (Iman to Allah s.t) and his immaculate intentions with just this short phrase of his testament.
Say Salawat Alan Nabi Muhammad s.a.w and give it to the soul of Shaid Vezwaei r.w.a

قُلْ مَنْ ینَجِّیكُمْ مِنْ ظُلُمَاتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ تَدْعُونَهُ تَضَرُّعًا وَخُفْیةً لَئِنْ أَنْجَانَا مِنْ هَذِهِ لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِینَ«63»
Say: Who is it that delivers you from the dangers of the land and the sea (when) you call upon Him (openly) humiliating yourselves, and in secret: If He delivers us from this, we should certainly be of the grateful ones.
قُلِ اللَّهُ ینَجِّیكُمْ مِنْهَا وَمِنْ كُلِّ كَرْبٍ ثُمَّ أَنْتُمْ تُشْرِكُونَ«64»
Say: Allah delivers you from them and from every distress, but again you set up others (with Him).

For this post i have another Qurani wallpaper that is a very nice shot and quality wallpaper of blue ocean with a cloudy sky above it that is about what the verses of Holy Quran say. read the verses carefully, and think about it; I'm sure u will give the advice of it and you can feel it with your heart inshallah.
i uploaded it in two ration ( wide screen 16/10 and normal ratio 4/3 ) beacuse some of my blog visitors asked the non wide-screen version of wallpapers so now they can have it.
don't forget the wallpapers are in very high definition and size so if you use low resolution monitor or if it is not big size then may be you can not see the wallpaper very nice and with all sense specially in text and notice that it's because of size of wallpaper which is very large thus you can resizing wallpaper to a lower size may be FullHD ( 1080px ) so u will see it in original quality.
i upload the large size because may be some one want to print them for Islamic development and i want they don't face any problem about it.

This is an stel report
About a year ago i vectorized an Islamic tile from a bad quality pic that had taken from imam Reda as shrine and i put a quality wallpaper of it in jpg format in my blog. That was a design that i consider it as WAQF for imam Reda as and i said if any body want it in vector format and just for Islamic propagandize send me an email and i will sent him the vector format and i did and i never feel regret until today that i was searching in internet for some Islamic stuffs and suddenly i faced with my design in ebay which some jobber going to sell it for 20 dollar.
see this screen shot ( for see it in original size click on it) .

at first i thought its and original picture may be a photographer had take it by himself but when i saw the preview picture in larger size in zoom panel on ebay i find it would not be the pic and that is my design. see this picture:

at when i design this vector i had a mistake and u can see some bug in 4 side as some line in the pic that i did not removed them because it was a bit hard for me at that time so when i saw that line in this pic on ebay and never seen the original tile line too i find this is my deign. so i told with my self how bad world we are live in that some people don't respect the red line about the holy things and especially Ahlebeyt as and they think only about cash and money.
so i felt sorry and i have to be hard on sending stuff to some on who ask me and they bast they want them just for Islamic stuff and developing Islam

Salamon alykom wa rahmatollah.

April 8, 1993 (Farvardin 20, 1372) is the day of Haj Sayyed Morteza Aviny's martyrdom. He was a skillful author, the narrator of Ravayat-e Fath (a TV program), the chief editor of Sura Magazine (an artistic and literary magazine) and the head of TV department of the artistic center. Having traveled to one of the war zones of Iran for making a new series of Ravayat-e Fath, with a group of cameramen, he became martyr due to the mines, existed in the region. He was not alone, his colleague "Mohammed Sa'eed Yazdanparast" was another martyr.
Two days before leaving for the area of Fakkeh, as an answer to the question: "Where are you leaving for?" in this way:
"You may not know where I am going, I am leaving for Fakkeh, where our combatants witnessed how the angels were delivering the martyrs' souls."
After his martyrdom, our Supreme leader, "Hazrat-e Ayatollah Khamenei" commemorated his memory as "the lord of martyr authors".
The martyrdom anniversary of an Islamic revolution's artist who spent his life in the battlefields and who was the narrator of the Islamic combatants' efforts, was called " the day of the Islamic revolution's Art". This was following the Supreme leader's decree and was suggested by the poets and poetesses, authors and the artists of the Artistic Center of the Organization of the Islamic Propagation.

Shahid Aviny's biography and activities
The honorable martyr (Sayyed Morteza Aviny) was born in 1947 (1326) in Shahr-e Ray. Having behind the primary education and getting his diploma, was graduated from the College of Fine Arts, Tehran university and got his M.A of architecture. He had done some studies about the literature before the Revolution.
After the Revolution triumph and the foundation of Construction Jihad commanded by Late Imam Khomeini, (in 1979) he started working in the mentioned organization. While doing so, he left for the villages, so that he could solve the villagers' problems. Having witnessed the cruelties and injustice of the previous regime left behind for these groups of people, he aimed at making films for the Construction Jihad. His first work was a TV series called "Khan Gazideh-ha". It was about the uproar caused by Khosrow Qasqaee. In the following year, he joined the television team of Construction Jihad, as one of the representatives of this organization. He left us with "Ravayat- Fath" which was an ever lasting art taken from the Islamic combatants' bravery.
He was a director and producer of hundreds of documentary films, namely as " Khozestan's flood, the wedge of Martyrdom Jihad, Far away from the beloved, the Forgotten land of Beshagerd and Ravayat-e Fath (with 70 episodes).
Shahid Aviny worked for the Artistic center since 1988 (1367) till the end of war. Moreover; along with being the head of the television section, he was the chief editor of the Sura Magazine and the affiliated press as well.
His book called " The Magic Mirror" proved that he has some things to say in the field of cinema and also his points of view were the valuable ones in the related situation. Therefore, his opponents turned out to be wrong.
In 1992 (1371), following the Supreme leader's decree, he began to produce the new series of Ravayat-e Fath. While doing so, along with the search parties whose job was to identify the martyrs' bodies (remained there from the eight-year war), made the new series of Ravayat-e Fath and finally on April 8, 1993 (Farvardin 20, 1372) he became martyr and his endless journey began near the martyrs for whose sorrows he sang lamentations and he was waiting for a day on which he could join them.
Shahid Aviny joined his Lord Imam Hussein (Pbuh) and his leader Imam Khomeini so that no one could think of the neglecting the customs and traditions of martyrdom.
On Farvardin 22, of the same year, his honorable body was escorted by the Supreme Leader and a group of the artists. He was buried in Behesht-e Zahra Cemetery.

His works
Speaking about Shahid Aviny's works, one can refer to the cinematic articles called ‘The Magic Mirror', the book called "A beginning of an End", another book called "The Victory Of Blood", a book which is the collection of the artistic and cultural articles, an article called "the Explanation of Light to the comment of Imam Khomeini's sonnet.

His points of view
Shahid Sayyed Morteza Aviny considered the Western countries as a historic manifestation of Satan. He specifically (about the post-Renaissance) believed that the man's ignorance and rebellion had approached its climax through Omanism and being self-centered, the fact which would pave the ground for repentance.
Shahid Aviny called the current age as "the Age of Human Kind's Repentance". He considered the manifestation of a religious revolution as the manifestation of this historic and spiritual repentance.
Sahahid Aviny considered the humankind's historical destiny, consisting the elements as follows:
Dejection ( from collective and historical point of view)
Rebellion and being self-centered
Repentance( from the collective and historical point of view)
The beginning of spiritual age and saving from being self- centered.
Shahid Aviny considered the Islamic jurisdiction as the only legal government. Here come his words:
"The Islamic Jurisdiction is the only system which can lead to the Islamic superiority. The jurist is a person that the religious philosophy has improved in his soul. He also possesses the power to analyze the practical religious rules which are originated from the sources of truth which are Quran and tradition".
He did not considered freedom as human's right, but rather as his mission:
"Freedom is not a human right, but it is his mission toward truth and justice. However; this idea implies the negligence, which means that freedom has essentially no resistance and battle with truth, justice and commitment and in the case of manifestation of the true essence of freedom, all the quarrels and negotiations would be settled down. These negotiations are because of negligence about the true essence of freedom which is "Horriyat"."
"The real thinking is the present one which is "Reminder" (Zikr) and this latter one can not be achieved automatically. "Presence" is the exact version of "Reminder" and "Proximity" and "Negligence" are the exact "Dimension"."
Shahid Aviny was one of the serious and studious critics and at the same time the intellectual one. He constantly, criticized the superficiality of the Iranian intellectualism that appeared to be westernized. He considered those as intellectuals who tried to use the rules and the considerations with the theoretical, practical, empirical and sensational essence, taken from the logic framework and apart from the revelation, as the basis of a drastic change in mankind's life.
"An intellectual has contrastive ideas about the religion and associated traditions. He depends upon his own ideology and acquires the practical rules of his life through experiments and associated sciences. The intellectual community has basically tendency toward Western culture and has westernized thought in his mind. Even if he turns out to respect the religious principles, he will be about to be eclectic. He does not believe in the Islamic authority because, he believes in the Western democracy."
He considered the promulgation of this eclecticism as one of the goals behind the cultural invasion:
"The cultural invasion of the enemies of the revolution would be directed at those areas which have provided the independent identity and lead it to a campaign with the West: the Islamic culture of the revolution is the Islamic jurisdiction with no relationship with the U. S. A."
Shahid Aveeni was a true lover of the Islamic authority, a follower of his great teacher "Imam Khomeini" and the Supreme leader" Ayatollah Khamenei".

I always looking for Ayatollah Bahjat quality pic since he passing away to make a quality poster about him but unfortunately i could not, so I always thought with myself to find a way to increase the quality of pic and as u know there is no program can do that at all. So that was my imagination until 2 night before when I'm come behind my desk and said with myself i gotta design a good quality poster about him and I started with searching internet for quality pic of I'm but always a without result search but i find a low quality small size pic of him. i choose on of hem an opened it in Photoshop ( min is not enterprise extend edition its poor portable free version ) so i started to test an try all my knowledge to make a better quality of that pic. I tried about 3 different way with using filters and layers and bluer so on but the final result was not good as we can say its a good quality large pic and finally i find a way increase its quality . as you can seeing these tow pic below :

the first pic is re-sized pic from small size to a big size its about 10 times larger than original and i worked about 3:30 hours on it , u can see the final result quality is in very very better than the original one:

As a Muslim this is very important to know our Imam in our life and in age that we are as u heard this narrative of Rasullah Muhammadenel Mustafa salallahu alayhi waa`leh wa salam :
من مات و من لم یعرف امام زمانه مات میتـهً جاهلیه
it mean if anybody die and he still doesn't know his Imam Zaman so it seam he died in Jaheliyeh ( the time before Islam that people lives wild like animal in Arabia )

So this is our duty to be accurate about knowing and supporting our Imam Zaman as perform all his orders especially the most important order of Imam Zaman is Welayate Faghih as u heard this narrative from him :
واما الحوادث الواقعة فارجعوا فیها الى رواة حدیثنا، فانهم حجتی علیکم وانا حجة الله علیهم

Allah subhanahu wa taala said in holy Quran :

" وَهُوَ الَّذِی سَخَّرَ الْبَحْرَ لِتَأْكُلُوا مِنْهُ لَحْمًا طَرِیا وَتَسْتَخْرِجُوا مِنْهُ حِلْیةً تَلْبَسُونَهَا وَتَرَى الْفُلْكَ مَوَاخِرَ فِیهِ وَلِتَبْتَغُوا مِنْ فَضْلِهِ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُون َ« النحل - 14» "

And He it is Who has made the sea subservient that you may eat fresh flesh from it and bring forth from it ornaments which you wear, and you see the ships cleaving through it, and that you might seek of His bounty and that you may give thanks."

Yes the Ocean is one of his creature that we can find his power by thinking about its unmeasurable secrets. All of us saw many documentary about nature , animal , planets and many other thing but how much we though about all of these amazing thing are only a small part of his creatures, of course after saying WOW. I only want you think about it, you can see and sense his power and all of us know there is nothing will happens accept with his will. think about the size of your body in the universe and then u will forget to be Snob. The only valuable thing for Allah st is TQWA ( faith ) then earn it from your deed and don't forget you can not go anywhere unless Allah st will see you then Imam Hussein said : If you want to commit crime and sins, its OK do it but go to a place that Allah st cant see you ( it mean don't do sins in the pretense of Allah st ).

وَاللَّهُ أَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَحْیا بِهِ الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا إِنَّ فِی ذَلِكَ لَآیةً لِقَوْمٍ یسْمَعُونَ
"al nahl 65 - And Allah has sent down water from the cloud and therewith given life to the earth after its death; most surely there is a sign in this for a people who would listen"
كَیفَ تَكْفُرُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَكُنْتُمْ أَمْوَاتًا فَأَحْیاكُمْ ثُمَّ یمِیتُكُمْ ثُمَّ یحْییكُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَیهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
"baghareh 28 - How do you deny Allah and you were dead and He gave you life? Again He will cause you to die and again bring you to life, then you shall be brought back to Him."

Muhammad Taqi Misbah Yazdi was born in Yazd, Iran in 1934. In Qum, from 1952 to 1960, he participated in the courses taught by Imam Khomeini, while at the same time, he studied Qur'an exegesis, and the philosophies of Ibn Sina and Mulla Sadra with `Allamah Muhammad Husayn Tabataba'i. He also attended, for approximately fifteen years, Ayatullah Bahjat's fiqh seminars. Ayatullah Misbah's preoccupation with socio-political issues goes back to his active participation in the Islamic uprising against the corrupt Pahlavi regime. When Imam Khomeini was forced into exile, he, accompanied by some other students of Imam including Shahid Beheshti, initiated discussions on Islamic perspectives on social problems such as jihad and the Islamic political system. Along with Ayatullah Dr. Muahmmad Beheshti, Ayatullah Ahmad Jannati, and Ayatullah Ali Quddusi, he was on the board of directors of Madrasah Haqqani, where for about ten years he also taught Qur'anic studies, philosophy, and ethics. Since 1975 he established, directed, and taught in different academic institutes such as the education department in Dar Rah-i Haqq institute, Baqir al-`ulum Cultural Foundation, Daftar-i Hamkari Hawzah va Danishgah (the office for cooperation between the Hawzah and the university). He is now the director of the Imam Khomeini Education and Research Institute in Qum. He was elected in 1990 to the majlis-i khibrigan-i Rahbari (The Council of Experts in Leaership) from Khuzistan province and was reelected in the next round from Tehran. He is the author of numerous works on Islamic and comparative philosophy, theology, ethics, and Qur'anic exegesis.
he is one of greatest philosophers and researchers in whole Muslim nation. I admire him and i like to a good shia of ahlebeyt as he is. HE IS A GREAT MAN.

after very hard work and spending some hours fortunately i succeed to categorize all posts of this blog ( over 200 posts ) and you can see my effort result in new top menu of Islamic wallpaper blog.
So , what i did is changing all tags of posts into a new categories then you can find all you looking for very easily now just by looking at a menu not need search or reading all labels , so on ... .
this is new way you can search blog with subjects which u need , of course u have previous way like Google search or others but i think the menu is simplest and most powerful ability you have in your serve now.

I have some comment that you mentioned i should do all my effort for Allah , that's correct but i want to ask you if i deed some thing else until now ?!
what motivation can run you to put the open layer file with print quality in net ?! money, become famous or any thing else; if you ask me i say just earning Allah sobhanah wa tala satisfaction can excite you to serve his creation without accepting any thing from them. and i tried in all my effort to be on this idea as u can see .
So if i said i need your comment for keep updating this blog i seeks two reason.
1) i know if anyone of humankind find some thing without any try he don't respect and regard its value

Hazrat Abalfazl al-Abbas (PBUH) is the hero son of Imam Ali (PBUH) and Imam Hossein's brother.
Courage, loyalty and kindness are some of the virtues attributed to Hazrat Abalfazl (PBUH).
He always fought courageously against the enemies of Islam in different battlefields alongside his father Imam Ali (PBUH).
Hazrat Abbalfazl is especially known for his brave move in the Karbala battlefield on the Day of Ashura where he went to bring water for the women and children waiting for water in Imam Hossein's tent.
Riding on his horse, he bravely passed through the numerous enemy soldiers and could get water. However, on the way back to the tents, he lost both his hands and recieved countless wounds on his body. When the mashk containing water was his by an arrow, disappointedly fell on the ground.
Because of his piety and closeness to Allah, he is called "Bab al-Hava'ej" (the door to our needs).
Every year, Shiites commemorate him as a symbol of bravery in the mournings in the Month of Ashura.
